Speaking through an interpreter, Mr Osbourne described how his family life and drug taking had suffered after years of week long rehabilitation binges.

"I was doing like five, six clinics in a night, man. Sometimes I wouldn't see the wife and kids for months on end. It was fuckin' crazy".

Fortunately, thanks to the support of his family and a renewed interest in heroin, the former Black Sabbath frontman has now managed to kick the "re-habit", though he says that the prospect of possibly having to go into meta-rehab in future still "confuses the shit out of me".
