Passing Silly Laws Outlawed

06.04.04 11:43:20 GMT Reporter: Linda Boom

The passing of silly, pointless laws, just to appear to be doing something about law and order, is to be banned under new legislation being introduced by the Home Secretary.

"The British public have the right to know that legislators have their best interests at heart, and are not able to abuse their position as law makers" he told us.

The new legislation will apply only to bionic cats from outer space.
